Chocolate Making Workshop
The perfect way to test your creativity. Your team will have fun learning how to make a range of luxury chocolate truffles and praline – including choosing and mixing your very own fillings.
Meet The Wine Maker
This exclusive experience is a fantastic way to experience La Mare Wine Estate’s Winery and Distillery. With a limit of 12 people it is ideal for those that have a more-than-average interest in wine and how it is made. Each tour will take a deep dive into the winemaking process, a look at the equipment that is used, and will include a wine tasting flight with the winemaker and grazing platters.
Competitive Wine Tasting
A fun group event focussed on the aroma and flavour of wines. Learn how to distinguish the age and origin of wines and put your newly learned skills to good use in a friendly competition!
Barrel Building Competition
Embark on an unforgettable journey into the age-old art of the Cooper at our engaging and interactive barrel building experience. Join forces with your colleagues as you delve into the fascinating world of barrel construction, testing your teamwork, creativity, and precision against the ticking clock. A lot of fun for teams of 6.
Wine Blending
Test your senses whilst blending your own unique wine. Your wine will then be judged by the tasting panel.
Private Guided Tours & Tasting
A private tour around the beautiful estate grounds, including a behind the scenes look at winemaking, distilling and our famous kitchens. Culminating in a tasting session on the lawn (weather permitting).
Wellbeing Activities
Yoga, mindfulness and breathing exercises have been shown to be effective tools for reducing stress, calming the mind and relaxing the body. Our in-house expert can create tailor-made sessions.
Bespoke Experiences
We can work with you to create a bespoke package that will make your away day extra-ordinary. You can choose activities from our list or we are happy to work with external companies such as hi5 Events.
