Jersey Apple Brandy

A product of true provenance, our iconic Jersey Apple Brandy is crafted using a French alembic charantais, this produces a particularly fine eau de vie which is aged carefully in American bourbon casks. As the apples are sourced island wide the brandy expresses the character of the island as a whole.
